Is President Trump fiscally conservative and socially liberal?
To be brief, we liberty loving folks and libertarians need to be cautious of President Trump. He has made some moves towards liberty, getting out of the TTP and freezing some federal hiring to name a couple but most of what he is doing seems to be that of a tyrant. Many from the outside and even inside of our movement view it simply as, fiscally conservative and socially liberal. We are much more than that but it is something that sticks with many people and makes it easy for some to understand. I feel that many view Trump in this way to a degree, after all he was a liberal for over 30 years and then became a conservative just four years ago. This can have many people confused into thinking that he too might be a fiscal conservative and a social liberal. These two things he is not and is proving this everyday so far. We need to stand against him where he tries to take more liberty away as we did when President Obama did the same.
